Beginning to start therapy is often a difficult decision that brings mixed feelings. Vulnerability is often one of them. By definition, to be “vulnerable” means to be capable of being hurt. This is universal to all living things, whether we acknowledge it or not.

Similarly, strength does not mean suppression, denial, or avoidance. To be truly ‘strong,’ takes awareness and the experience of vulnerablity.

Availability (virtual only) varies by day: If we are a good therapeutic match, we’ll make it work.
