Amanda “Anda” Luna, PsyD HSPP CSAYC
Most people would agree that mental wellness is an important factor needed to optiimize their qualify of life. However, the stigma of ‘mental illness’ often gets in the way of purusing mental wellness with a trained professional. Mental wellness is akin to physical wellness. It requires intentionality, commitment, and some discomfort for growth to occur.
It is my belief that our greatest strengths are often rooted in our most difficult past experiences.
